“Assessing You”:
During your initial appointment you will undergo an overall assessment. This assessment includes a series of tests and measurements conducted by a licensed Physical Therapist; which will determine your physical ability and current health status. Afterwards, the team of Physical Therapists and Technicians will compose a program for you to continuously follow. This program will be frequently updated throughout the duration of your treatment. Lastly, we will work closely with your physician by providing him or her with constant updates regarding your condition and progress. It is our objective to provide you with the up most care and attention which you will need in order to improve your health.

Chait Back School:
Did you know 90% of the population has back pain?

Our physical therapy team is certified and trained in Active Release Techniques™. This is a hands-on therapy that corrects muscular and soft tissue problems that are caused by the formation of adhesive tissues that are laid down due to overuse or cumulative trauma. ART™ provides a way to locate, diagnose, and treat the underlying causes of numbness, burning, tingling, and aching. To learn more, visit www.activereleasetechiques.com.

ElderCare:
Today, people are living longer than ever. With life expectancy increasing, demographers predict that by 2030, one in five Americans will be 65 or older.

While the population is healthier, they are still susceptible to the inevitable conditions that come along with the aging process.

Pain and suffering is discouraging, but ElderCare at Kinetic Physical Therapy, is one of the best measures to help avoid injury, lessen the pain and avoid costly procedures. Improving balance decreases the likelihood of falls and exercise helps keep joints flexible and mobile. The Agency for HealthCare Research and Quality states that many falls and fractures are preventable by increasing muscle strength and balance. ElderCare at Kinetic Physical Therapy has programs that will help build endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.

**We are a Medicare Approved Facility**

We have extensive experience working with challenging orthopedic and chronic pain dysfunctions, utilizing corrective manual therapy techniques and corrective exercise techniques.
